Roping Saddle Price List
On Rope Saddles, I line the set jockeys and fenders with another layer of leather and sew. This is more expensive but makes the saddle keep its shape when the jockeys are pulled down tight. They are not as likely to turn up and hang ropes. It also allows deeper tooling and stamping and will last a long time.
I line the riggings with nylon to make sure they won't stretch or pull out. I also put nylon between the leather on the billets to make sure the holes don't pull out.
